I want to send my congratulations to the team leadership on a project extremely well done.  The DOA, TSA, and carriers are extremely pleased with how the SSCP turned out.  We are also extremely pleased that due to the construction team's leadership, you all were able to overcome challenges and changed conditions and yet still complete a quality product on-time and ahead of schedule.
